Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data Elevence AI collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies across our web app at elevence.ai and our iOS and Android apps.

1. Who we are

Elevence AI is a product of NextGen AI Dev Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("we", "us", "our"). For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, write to privacy@elevence.ai.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Information you give us

Account data — name, email, profile picture, organisation membership, and (when you sign in with Google / Apple) the identifier returned by that provider.
•
Content — prompts, attached files, generated images / video / audio, agent definitions, and chat history you create in the studio.
•
Payment data — billing email, invoice address, and credit-purchase history. Card numbers are handled by our payment processors (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Paddle); we never see or store the raw card.
•
Support correspondence — anything you write to us at hello@elevence.ai or via in-app feedback.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

•
Device & app data — platform (web / iOS / Android), OS version, app version, device model, language. The mobile app sends an X-Platform header on every request so we can debug per-platform issues.

Usage data — feature interactions, model selections, request and response sizes, error rates. Used to improve reliability and capacity planning.

IP address — captured at request time for fraud / abuse prevention. Stored hashed after 30 days.
•
Cookies & local storage — see our separate Cookie Policy at /cookies. On native, equivalents are SecureStore (auth tokens) and MMKV (cached preferences and threads).

3. How we use your data

To deliver the studio you signed up for — chat, image, video, voice, agents.
•
To meter credits and bill correctly.
•
To operate, secure, and improve the platform — fraud detection, rate limiting, debugging.
•
To send transactional email (sign-in OTPs, receipts, security alerts).
•
To send product updates if you opted in to the model-alerts newsletter. You can unsubscribe any time.
•
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. AI providers & your content

When you select a model, your prompt and any attachments are forwarded to the corresponding provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, Cohere, Stability, ElevenLabs, Luma, Runway, and others) to generate the response. We send only what is needed for that single request.
We do not allow your content to be used to train provider models. We use providers' enterprise / API-tier endpoints with training opt-out where available. For providers without an opt-out, we surface the provider in the model picker so you can choose accordingly.

5. Storage & retention

Threads, messages, and account profiles are stored in PostgreSQL (managed by Neon) and MongoDB (managed by MongoDB Atlas).
•
Generated images, video, audio, and uploaded attachments are stored in Cloudflare R2.
•
Account data is retained for the life of your account and 90 days after deletion (for backups).
•
Generated outputs are retained until you delete them or close your account.
•
Request logs are retained for 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. Indian residents have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). California residents have rights under CCPA.
To exercise any right, email privacy@elevence.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
You can also delete your account directly from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account in the app.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud (us-central1), Cloudflare (global edge), and provider regions selected by each AI vendor. By using Elevence AI you acknowledge that your data may be processed outside your country of residence. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards where required.

8. Children

Elevence AI is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA / UK). We do not knowingly collect data from such users.

9. Changes to this policy

We will post a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes will also be announced by email to the primary account contact.
