Acceptable Use Policy

This policy lists the activities and content categories that are not permitted on Elevence AI. Breaching it can result in immediate account suspension.

1. Prohibited content

You may not use the service to generate, host, distribute, or attempt to generate:
•
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors. Reports go directly to NCMEC and local authorities.
•
Non-consensual intimate imagery, including deepfakes of real people.
•
Content that promotes, instructs, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
•
Targeted harassment, hate speech, or content intended to dehumanise a protected class.
•
Disinformation or manipulated media designed to deceive in elections, public health, or financial markets.
•
Code, instructions, or output intended to develop biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons.
•
Malware, ransomware, exploit code, or unauthorised intrusion tooling.
•
Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights you do not control.

2. Prohibited activities

•
Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise circumventing the metering / rate-limiting systems.
•
Automated abuse such as credential stuffing, sign-up botting, or denial-of-service.
•
Reselling raw model access without our written agreement.
•
Using outputs to generate spam, phishing, or social-engineering attacks.
•
Falsely impersonating Elevence AI, NextGen AI Dev Pvt Ltd, or any underlying model provider.
•
Submitting personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.

3. High-risk uses (require explicit approval)

•
Medical diagnosis or treatment recommendations.
•
Legal advice presented as authoritative.
•
Credit scoring or other consequential decisions about individuals.
•
Critical-infrastructure control or safety-of-life systems.
If your use case falls into one of the categories above, write to compliance@elevence.ai before going live so we can review the safeguards together.

4. Reporting abuse

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, report it to abuse@elevence.ai. Include the share link or thread ID where possible. We respond within 24 hours.

5. Enforcement

We may remove offending content, suspend or terminate accounts, refuse refunds, and report violators to law enforcement where required. Repeat or severe violations can result in permanent organisation-level bans.
