Cookie Policy

This page explains how Elevence AI uses cookies on the web app at elevence.ai and equivalent on-device storage in our iOS and Android apps.
Last updated 2 May 2026
Applies to web, iOS and Android
This is a working template. Have your legal counsel review and customise the wording before you publish or rely on it in production.

1. What we use

Web — `localStorage` for non-secret preferences (theme, default model) and the encrypted session token.
iOS / Android — Expo SecureStore (Keychain on iOS, EncryptedSharedPreferences on Android) for the session token and refresh token. MMKV for cached threads, image-gen history, and UI preferences.

2. Categories

Strictly necessary — session tokens that keep you signed in. Cannot be disabled without breaking sign-in.
Functional — your preferences (theme, last-used model). Disabling these resets the studio to defaults on every visit.
Analytics — aggregate usage metrics, no third-party advertising trackers. We do not use Google Analytics or any cross-site advertising network.

3. Third parties

Sign-in with Google sets cookies on the Google domain during the OAuth handshake; those cookies are governed by Google's policies. We do not set third-party tracking cookies of our own.

4. How to control them

Web — clear site data in your browser settings, or use the browser's "block third-party cookies" toggle. You will be signed out.
iOS / Android — sign out from Settings → Sign out, or delete the app, to clear all on-device storage.

5. Changes

When this policy changes we update the "Last updated" date above and link the new version from in-app changelog notifications.
